Questions

Clear answers about launch pricing.

Do I need to be on a full tour?

No. Solo is designed for independent artists organizing individual shows, including one or two dates and regular one-night gigs. Live is for bands and short runs; Pro is for professional touring teams.

What does “active tour” mean?

A workspace being actively used for planning or show operations during the billing month, whether it contains one show or a multi-date tour. Archiving, billing rules and retention periods will be confirmed before paid subscriptions open.

How does the Founding 100 offer work?

Selected members receive TourAssist Pro free for six months, then 50% off Pro for the next six months. No credit card is required to begin.

What happens when 100 members are selected?

The launch phase closes to new applicants. New users then join TourAssist through the available paid plans.

Can Enterprise be customized?

Yes. Enterprise is designed for organizations that need custom roles, permissions, tour limits, onboarding, integrations or operational workflows.

Are these final prices?

These are proposed launch prices for the current product direction. Launch-phase member feedback may refine packaging before public release.
